Bluezone Care Supported Living services can help if you have a learning disability and any associated diagnosis of autism. You might have some other complex needs, requiring some mental health support. You may not want to live in a care home but you’re finding it difficult to cope at home. We can provide a tailored service to meet your needs.

Bluezone Care provides appropriate levels of personal care such as assistance with washing or going to the toilet. We will support you with other aspects of daily living such as cooking, shopping, finances and taking any medication you may have. Our dedicated team will also support you with your community and social interactions including health visits, attending your activities or clubs, and also on your holidays… we shall support you throughout your life journey.

Our ultimate aim to support and enable you wherever possible with personal development and independence, whilst being supported with the appropriate level of risk management.

Bluezone Care is a provider of Supported Living services for young and adults. We assist service users with a wide range of support needs, including mental health conditions, alcohol and substance addictions, learning disabilities, autism/Asperger's, trauma, self-harm, suicide attempts, personality disorders, and other challenging behaviours.
